Steve’s professional career spans 4 decades building and managing institutional portfolios of agricultural real estate loan and equity investments.  Kritscher & Associates was founded in 2015 to provide independent loan origination & underwriting services, farm management and consulting services for farmers, investors, agribusiness and institutional clients.

Institutional relationships and clients include Met Life, Mutual of New York (MONY Life Insurance Co), Farmer Mac, Farm Credit, The Hartford, Prudential, The Nature Conservancy, American Rivers, various banks, a variety of individuals, private investors and funds.  First licensed as a real estate broker in 1990 Steve has acquired, developed, managed and sold agricultural properties in California, Oregon, Arizona and Texas.
